NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THORNTON LE FEN PARISH COUNCIL
 
Dear Councillor 
I hereby give you notice of the Parish Council meeting of Thornton Le Fen it will be held in Gipsey Bridge Academy school hall on Thursday 19th March 2026 commencing at 6:00 p.m. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

There will be an open forum before the meeting if required to allow members of the public present to ask questions, raise issues or make comments. At the discretion of the Chairman there may be an additional 5 minutes at the end of the meeting at which members of the public can raise points relating to the meeting or items for consideration for inclusion on the next agenda.

7. Planning Application/s
a) Ref: 00025/26/FUL - Land At Old Chelsea Cottage Bunkers Hill New York, Lincolnshire -  Planning Permission - Change of use of agricultural land to form equestrian/horse livery.  Erection of a stable building, provision of a manege, horse walker, car parking and access road.  Demolition of existing stable building. Objections submitted.

15. The date of the next meeting is scheduled for  Thursday 7th May 2026 to commence at 6.00 p.m. in Gipsey Bridge Academy school hall. This will be the councils annual parish meeting followed by the annual council meeting.
