NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THORNTON LE FEN PARISH COUNCIL

Dear Councillor

I hereby give you notice of the Parish Council meeting of Thornton Le Fen it will be held in the chapel of the Methodist Church on Thursday 11th July 2024 commencing at 7:00 p.m.

All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

There will be an open forum before the meeting if required to allow members of the public present to ask questions, raise issues or make comments. At the discretion of the Chairman there may be an additional 5 minutes at the end of the meeting at which members of the public can raise points relating to the meeting or items for consideration for inclusion on the next agenda.

13. Meeting dates for 2024 and 2025 - To cancel the meeting on the 10th October and consider and approve the following meeting dates, which will be held in the school hall at 6pm.

         Thursday 21st November – 6pm

     2025 all at 6pm:

Thursday 16th January 2025

Thursday 13th March 2025

Thursday 8th May APM at 6pm, AGM at 7pm
