NOTICE OF an Online COUNCIL MEETING via ZOOM DUE TO THE COVID 19 LOCKDOWN

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above named Council which will be held via remote contact at 7:00pm

Due to time restrictions the Public forum will be reduced to 10mins – Clerk /Councillors will be available for telephone follow up on this meeting from 1st August.

TEN minutes are allocated if needed prior to the official meeting; for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.

  3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation
  4. The notes from the meeting of the Council held on Thursday 28th May 2020 (attached) to be approved as Minutes and signed by the Chairman
  5. To consider and approve the Following payments
  1. Zurich Insurance - £178.15 (PAID)
  2. Sarah Kulwicki wages - £200.00
  1. Reports from outside bodies
  2. Highways Issues
  3. Planning Application/s
  4. Correspondence for the Council
  5. To confirm the date of the next meeting of the Council - The date of the next meeting is scheduled for 8th October 2020. This will be held via Zoom unless a council meeting can be held.
  6. Any other matters for discussion only or on the next agenda
